    my name is Elaine and l had a very bad childhood, l totally agree with Critical Inner Voices. Everything you have to say on it is so true, l’ve been trying to explain my behavoir to many people. They just don’t understand, they believe it’s easy…..”Leave the past in the past, get over it.” It’s not as simple as that you need support, if you slip up it’s helpful to have some one around you that will help you by saying something like….”it’s ok stop and think about were your mind is at the moment, l’m here to help not hurt” etc l’m going to counselling at the moment. It helps but, l find reminding my self when l start hurting about something l really shouldn’t be how l’m letting the past effect my future again thank-you for your words they help…..Regards Elaine :)
