Whether you are struggling with your own mental health or are seeking to better understand and support someone living with a mental health diagnosis, this webinar aims to help you feel more empowered and less alone on your path.
In this presentation, Dr. Lisa Firestone and Kevin Hines will discuss tools and strategies individuals can utilize to maintain their mental health. Dr. Lisa Firestone will offer her professional expertise throughout the webinar, discussing important topics in mental health, including suicidality and suicide prevention.
Kevin Hines will offer a different perspective on mental health and wellness, drawing from his own personal journey. Kevin will share his story, including the practices he uses to maintain his mental health today. Kevin refers to these strategies, collectively, as “The Art of Wellness.”
