For more than 25 years, she has contributed to relationship education and personal development through her books, articles, training programs, speaking, and media appearances. She is an expert presenter at national and international conferences, as well as a frequent guest on Oprah, The Today Show and CNN.

She begins by defining the concept of love and what it means to be loving.  She discusses values in a loving relationship and offers tactile tips for couples on improving the quality of their relationships.
