Thanks for your question. When you sign up for one of our Webinars online, you are automatically sent an email with a link to join the Webinar and instructions on how to log on, watch, and listen. The first time you log on, you may be prompted to download the GotoWebinar software, a simple process you’ll be guided through by automatic pop-ups that appear. Once you’ve downloaded the software the first time, which only takes about a minute, joining the Webinar really is as easy as clicking on the link in the email. The presentation will appear on your screen, and you’ll be able to hear it through your computer speakers.
