My daughter is bipolar and I worry about her intense mood swings. They come out of nowhere that I’m aware is part of the disorder. She’s a shut in and has terrible anxiety as I do as well. I think her lack of being in society is making her worse but when she leaves the house she falls apart. Very lost and seeking help.
