How Our Digital Products Work

When you purchase our courses, you receive immediate access to digital content through your account dashboard. There are no physical products to ship – everything is available instantly online once your purchase is complete.

You’ll find instructions for accessing your content on your confirmation page and in your account area.

Refund Requests

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Except when required by law, The Glendon Association shall be under no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstances. All fees are non-refundable. You authorize The Glendon Association to charge you fees agreed to at the time of purchase. In the event that The Glendon Association determines that you are entitled to a refund of all or part of the fees you paid, such refund shall be made using the payment method originally used by you to make your purchase. To remove your account, please contact info@psychalive.org.

How to Request a Refund

If you’re experiencing issues with your purchase or have concerns about a course, please contact us at info@psychalive.org. We review each situation individually to find the best solution.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
  • The order number.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing.
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation of the technical problem.

Refund Processing

If we determine a refund is appropriate, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Our store operates on a direct-purchase model. This means we do not offer any shipping services for products purchased on our website. We provide instant access to digital content only. This means there are no physical products to ship, and you will not receive a package or delivery. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to our video streaming content. No Transferability to Third-Party Marketplaces

Products purchased from our store are not eligible for transfer or resale through any third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms. All sales are considered final and intended for the individual end-user use only.
