Anger

Anger is one of our most inherent human emotions. According to the American Psychological Association, “Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.” While it is not acceptable to act out anger, it is completely acceptable to feel it and to have angry thoughts. Either suppressing or unleashing feelings of rage can have harmful effects. Here you can learn healthy ways of dealing with anger, while exploring why you get emotionally triggered and what causes your feelings of anger.
