Conquer Your Critical Inner Voice: A Webinar Recording with Dr. Lisa Firestone

Conquer Your Critical Inner Voice, PsychAlive
During the months of November and December, PsychAlive is excited to offer the following free video recording of  “Conquer Your Critical Inner Voice: A Webinar with Dr. Lisa Firestone.”

Each of us has an “inner critic” judging our every action and instructing us on how to live our lives. But how much are we letting this inner critic control us? Are we living the lives we were destined to live, or are we living someone else’s life? Are our actions based on what we really feel and believe or on negative programming from our past? This webinar with Dr. Lisa Firestone explores how to counter negative thinking and live free from imagined limitations.

  1. I have been the slave of a cruel master my entire seven decades. For the same yrs. my father’criticisms and opinions ruled. Were he to see me dressed ‘to the nines’,
his comment would perhaps be, Your stocking seam,or hem is crooked”,at a holiday table, replete with the best, he would comment his glass needed water, or “what,no celery”!.I know I must substitute positive for negative, but sadly frequently cannot find something good about myself.
